Permanent Make-Up Enhance Beauty Clinic offers the following permanent make-up: lipliner (to correct or enhance); full lip colour; eyeliner (to frame your eyes); eyebrow (to change shape or fill in gaps); areola construction/reconstruction. Products are FDA approved. What to Expect • All permanent make-up procedures are multi-appointment procedures. One is not sufficient. Your second application is required from two weeks to three months later depending on procedure. • When your procedure is complete the colour will be very intense and dark. Your skin only absorbs part of the colour and the balance of colour will loosen after five to eight days. • It takes ten days for eyeliner to calm down. Other areas can take four to six weeks. • The area treated will become inflamed and reddened so it is advisable not to make any social engagements for a few days following the procedure. • If you have a history of cold sores, apply topical cream and take oral medication to prevent them from occurring. • Please refrain from using alcohol or blood thinning medication prior to treatment. If you do, please let the therapists know beforehand. No prescribed medication should be discontinued without consulting your doctor. • On the day, bring appropriate eyebrow, eyeliner or lipliner pencils. Do not wear contact lenses during or after the procedure. Remember to bring your glasses. • As permanent make-up is an art, an adjustment may be required.
